What goes into our prep?
Peak pavement applies premium "coal tar" sealer. This sealer penetrates deep into the asphalt giving it the protection it needs. Our sealcoat will last 2-3 years depending on traffic before reapplication is needed.
Sealcoating
Professional line striping machine & a budget friendly striping machine available for all commercial lots.
Line Striping
Hand applied crack fill can fill all cracks 1'-3' inches deep.
Crack fill
Recommended for heavily cracked/damaged areas, cracks deeper than 3 inches, and low spots in asphalt.
Patch repair
Prepping the job is the most important piece of the process. If not done correctly it can lead to a poor job. Here is our Process:

Our team will edge any/all overgrown grass touching the pavement

Clean dirty spots with our brushes

Blow off any/all debris

Tape off any areas requested by home owner.
